This wine - she is stunning and polished - confidently presents excellence in hand-crafted winemaking. She shows true authenticity of the western hills of the Russian River Valley. Mixed berry pie, roses, plum and spice beautifully blend together on the nose, and then on the palate. She has tremendous weight and texture and finishes long and clean. This wine should last for many years and will only get better. Two clones were blended together to make this special wine. The majority was Pommard, giving it great structure, concentration and an abundance of dark fruit and soft tannins. The other, Dijon clone, 777, gives her bright acidity and poise.
Cicero’s fruit was harvested by hand and de-stemmed with 15 percent whole clusters added, and cold soaked for five days. Only French barrels were used - 75 percent new. Barrels underwent malolactic fermentation, and upon finishing, barrels were transferred to the coldest section of the barrel room and remained in contact with lees for 16 months before being racked once before bottling. Cicero was not fined or filtered before bottling.

This wine - she is bold and elegant, intense but poised - originated from a steep hillside vineyard high above the town of Occidental known for producing wines with incredible statement and structure. The clone most celebrated and coveted from this area is Pommard, providing tremendous strength. A small percentage of fruit was added from a vineyard located in an extreme growing area in Annapolis to bring out a little spice and verve.
This pinot noir is rich and round and full of dark berry and cherry fruits that evolve to reveal savory notes of spice and molasses. Great structure and plenty of acid and tannins help frame this wine, revealing layers of complexity and a long, rich finish.
Aged for 19 months in 100 percent new French oak barrels, she is a serious wine for the serious collector, and promises to be the centerpiece of any occasion. Only 100 cases handcrafted in small batches, $80 per bottle, minimum three-bottle order.
This wine - she is spirited and memorable - is an impressively generous and balanced wine, showing strength and complexity. Delicate red fruits from Laguna along with tannins from Lancel Creek mix with the power and intensity of our fruit from our estate vineyard at Thompson 31Fifty Westside Road This wine has a wonderful mid-palate and an especially lasting finish. Her character will last for decades. Clones used in this wine are Pommard, Calera, 777 and Pisoni. Fruit was night-harvested by hand and de-stemmed with 10 percent whole clusters added. Only French oak barrels were used - 40 percent new. Malolactic fermentation was allowed to occur naturally. Barrels were transferred to the coldest section of the barrel room and remained in contact with lees for less than 15 months, before being racked once and blended for bottling.

This wine - she is silky and sophisticated, balanced but brave - was aged for 18 months in 65 percent new French oak barrels. A blend of two RRV vineyards of Calera and Pommard clones, her charming aroma hints of strawberry, rose petal and leather.
On the palate, she has balanced acid with a memorable mouth feel. Tasting notes include bright raspberries, ripe cherry, dark plum, cocoa, and black olive. This pinot noir opens exquisitely in the glass and has a lasting finish. She continues to evolve in bottle and will drink well into the coming five to seven years. Only 400 cases handcrafted, $60 per bottle, minimum three-bottle order.
Our 2018 Rosé of Pinot Noir has a beautiful salmon colored pink hue. The nose is bursting and vibrant. As you inhale, the bright fresh aromas draw you in. Wild strawberries and fresh cut tropical fruits are abundant. The palate is intense and concentrated but framed with lively acidity and a super clean finish. The freshness of this wine makes it a perfect match for cheese or charcuterie but has the weight and structure to hold up to heavier fare. Only 200 cases handcrafted, $22 per bottle, minimum three-bottle order.
This wine has a beautiful heady aroma of ripe stone fruits such as peach, pear, and citrus blossoms. The palate reveals fresh tropical flavors with layers of complexity. The wine has a toasty spice character and a terrifically long, clean finish. This Zinfandel is supple and fresh, yet has layers of dark berries, glorious levels of ripe stone fruit, and exotic spices. On the palate, layers of ripe red fruits including fresh raspberry are complemented with a subtle touch of oak. Superbly balanced, this wine dances across the palate like no Zin you have tasted, because we made this wine in the style that Zinfandel used to be made. Soft acidity and tannins develop briskly into an enjoyable finish. This wine is an absolute pleasure to drink now or keep for up to 10 years. Although most States allow for the direct shipment of wine into their states, laws regarding direct shipment of wine vary from state to state, and these rules and conditions change almost on a daily basis. Please note that if we can not ship to your state after an order has been made, a full refund will be offered.
When will you ship?
Our goal is to ship within one week of your order! For our latest release of Chardonnay and Rosé, we will start shipping in late March or April. As we get into warmer months across the US (late May through October), we may hold your wines to protect them from damage. Please let us know if you have any questions or special requests.
